Clinical Nutrition Program: Graduate students enrolled in The Master of Clinical Nutrition program at the University of Iowa are eligible to take the Commission on Dietetic Registration Entry-level Registration Examination for Dietitians. Sixteen students are accepted annually.

Orthoptic Training Program: Orthoptists provide non-surgical treatment for patients with decreased vision and misaligned eyes. For example, they may work with children who need eye exercises to correct problems. The Orthoptic Training Program at the University of Iowa is the longest running program in the nation. Placement of certified orthoptists is 100% throughout the United States. The program accepts two students per year.

Paramedic Education Program: This nationally accredited full-time program leads to certification as a Paramedic in Iowa and the National Registry. The program accepts approximately twenty students each year.

Perfusion Technology Program: A perfusionist operates the heart-lung machine, which keeps patients alive during open heart surgery. Three to five students are accepted annually.
