Employment at AAC

The Academic Advising Center staff includes professional positions (academic advisor, administrative support, and administrator) and work-study receptionist positions.

When we have Academic Advisor and advising administrator vacancies, we advertise on Jobs@UIowa, this site, and through NACADA, the Global Community for Academic Advising.

If you are a student with a work-study award and would like to learn more about a work-study job at the Academic Advising Center, please contact Kathy Lafaurie. We currently are searching for work-study receptionists to begin in Fall 2018. The job will be posted on HireaHawk on March 14, 2018.

We welcome prospective Academic Advisors to review the Academic Advisor Position Notice.pdf and the Additional Information about the AAC and the Position of Academic Advisor.pdf
